Senior revenue leader. Kay built and guided a team that grew revenue from roughly $10M to $100M, cultivating the relationships that led to acquisition. He brings that same focus on people and partnership to Facilitate — creating pathways to economic independence for young people everywhere.

Facilitate was built inside Canada's academic innovation ecosystem. A few campus-linked resources were pivotal in getting us from idea to market — here's the specific role each played.
Accelerated to market
ICUBE — one of twelve campus-linked accelerators in the University of Toronto Entrepreneurship network — accelerated Facilitate onto the market as a social enterprise.
Where we secured our IP
The IP Innovation Clinic, part of Osgoode Hall Law School at York University, is a campus-linked resource that helps Canadian founders protect their intellectual property. It's where we built the IP foundation to scale across Canada and beyond.
